Description : A2 ghee made from fresh gir cow milk. The cows are free-grazed and pasture raised. This a2 cow ghee, is not direct-cream ghee, but ghee made using natural A2 yoghurt. This yogurt is churned into raw white butter using the ancient process of bilona – clockwise-anticlockwise slow churning of the cultured yogurt milk. This product contains no additives, is free from artificial preservatives, synthetic fillers or binders. Good fat for your health, aids digestion, high smoke point, vitamin D.
